Hague Convention – New Member

On September 30, 2010, the country of Peru became a member of the Hague Convention, thus eliminating the need for authentication from the US Department of State and legalization by its embassy.  As of October 4, 2010, documents requiring authentication for use in Peru now require only an Apostille.
