Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled at any time, prior to work being performed, for a full refund. If work has been performed we will refund a percentage of our service fees based on the time we have spent on your request along with any filing fees and/or disbursements that have not been made to third parties (example: state filing fees, annual report fees, taxes and mailing/shipping fees), on a client’s behalf. Filing fees and/or disbursements that have been made to third parties, on a client’s behalf, in order to process your order, are not refundable.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of any request or service performed. Accumera LLC, our employees and our agents, are subject to the service levels provided by government agencies, which are beyond our control and are not covered by our refund policy.
