Hague Convention News – New Member – Nicaragua

On May 14, 2013, the country of Nicaragua became a member of the Hague Convention, thus eliminating the need for authentication from the US Department of State and legalization by its embassy. So, documents requiring authentication for use in  Nicaragua  now require only an Apostille from the local Secretary of State.
